About Me

For more than two decades, I’ve worked in the coffee industry — shaping brands and building experiences for some of the most recognized names in the category, including Bodum, Melitta and ESPRO. From product design and sourcing to storytelling and sensory experience, my work has always centered around one simple idea: how we begin our day matters. I’ve led product and retail design initiatives for Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee, Caribou Coffee, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, and JCPenney, among others—traveling extensively to coffee farms to help shape immersive shop-in-shop experiences and create products that connect people to the origins and ritual of coffee.
Over time, that focus expanded beyond the perfect cup. Through my training as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), I began to explore how what we drink each morning affects far more than our energy — it shapes our mood, our digestion, and our overall sense of balance.
HOOT was born at the intersection of those worlds — where coffee craftsmanship meets functional wellness. It’s a regenerative cold brew designed to honor the soil it comes from, the farmers who grow it, and the body and mind it nourishes.
Because coffee shouldn’t just wake you up — it should bring you back into alignment.
